From The Factory #182 Inbox Auto Reply

 

If you would like to set up your inbox so that each incoming text receives a nice auto reply message right away, you can do that 

in our Tools section. 

 

On the left side you will see the option under Features to choose Inbox Auto Reply. Click on that and you will see the area where you can create exactly what you want your customers to see when they reach out to you so that they know that you have received their text.

 

Don't forget to click the Enable box right below your message to make sure that you now have the auto reply feature turned on!
