Having trouble uploading a CSV file?
Have you've been trying to upload a CSV file with contacts but are getting an error message? In most cases, this is due to the CSV file not matching our upload template. Remember, the columns in the CSV file must match our template to be uploaded successfully. You can download and use our template by going to the Contacts tab and clicking the plus button. From there, click on "Upload from CSV" then "Download CSV Template."
