Create a tag without assigning it to a contact

The tag management feature allows you to add auto-replies and delete tags. It also allows you to create tags without assigning them to contacts. To do this, click on "Add tag," type your desired tag in the field, and click "Create." Your tag will be created without being assigned to a contact. You can then add an auto-reply to it when needed.
