Character limit update
We have an exciting update this week! Toll-free numbers will now be able to send up to 500 characters as a single text message. Please note that when going beyond 250 characters in a text alert or keyword autoreply, your message will use 2 credits per each phone number that is sent to.
Landlines can now text up to 480 characters broken to 3 msgs. When composing a message longer than 160 characters, it will use 2 credits per each message sent. When composing a message longer than 320 characters, it will use 3 credits per each message sent
You will be notified of the length and credits used per individual message as you compose your message in the text alerts screen.
