Issue messaging number?
Are you having issues messaging certain numbers? Keep in mind that those numbers may be landlines and won't receive text messages. You can check if a number is text-enabled or a landline by going to the "Numbers" feature in your administrator dashboard. Simply type the number and select "Lookup." The number's information will then be shown including if it's a landline or mobile number.
