Ignore user replies from text alerts
Our latest update includes an option to ignore user replies when sending text alerts. For example, let's say you sent a text alert to 1000+ contacts and now those contacts start replying at the same time. This could clog your inbox with replies very easily. This new feature allows so any replies to that text alert will not show in the inbox and notifications will not be received either. You will find this new option on the text alert screen. Please note that replies from the text alerted contacts will be ignored for 8 hours.
