Creating tags as keyword auto-replies in our mobile app
Our platform offers the option of using a tag as a keyword so when customers text that tag, they will receive an auto-reply of your choice and also be grouped under that tag. With our updated mobile app, you can create these tags on the go. From the main screen, tap the three dots (meatball menu) at the bottom right, and then tap "Tags." Next, tap the compose button on the top right. Give your tag a name and the auto-reply it should send to users. Finally, click "Apply" and your tag with its auto-reply will be created. Please note that when users text a tag, the system will charge one credit. If that tag has an auto-reply, the system will charge another credit when sending the auto-reply message.
