Configure your white label account to make any edits such as changing your company name, logo, favicon, among others.
- On the administration dashboard, click on "Account Setup."
- On the next screen, you will find your white label configuration and be able to edit the following items:
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Brand Name: The company name that will show on the browser tab when your customers use the platform.
- Admin Site URL: The URL you will use to log into the administrator dashboard.
- Customer Site URL: The URL your customers will use to log into the desktop dashboard.
- Address: The address that will be displayed on your bills.
- Inbox Logo: The logo that will show on the login screen for your customers. You will see a preview below.
- Favicon: The icon that will show on the browser tab. You will see a preview above.
- Email / Bill Banner: The banner image that will show at the top of your emails and bills that you send to customers. You will see a preview below the Email / Background Color option.
- Email / Bill Background Color: The background color that will show on your emails and bills that you send to customers. You will see a preview below.
- Edit Terms of: Edit the Terms of Use of your company. The Terms of Use page can be accessed by clicking the Terms of Use link at the bottom right of the administrator dashboard.
- Edit Privacy: Edit the Privacy Policy of your company. The Privacy Policy page can be accessed by clicking the Privacy Policy link at the bottom right of the administrator dashboard.
- Enable Copyrights Footer: Check the box to enable a copyrights footer that will show at the bottom left of the administrator dashboard. - Click "Save" to save your changes.
