You can manually add or remove credits from an account as needed.
- On the administration dashboard, click on "Clients":
- Search for your desired client or click "Show All":
- Hover over your desired client and click on the green dots to the right:
- A menu will appear with different options, click on "Add/Remove Credits":
- A pop-up will appear showing the number of current SMS and MMS credits:
- In the "Number of credits" field, type the number of credits you would like to add or remove from the client:
- Click the "Add" button to add credits to the client or the "Remove" button to remove credits from the client:
- Once you add or remove credits, these will be added or removed automatically from the client:
