You can manage users to view their credits and also log into their desktop dashboard.
- On the administration dashboard, click on "Clients."
- Use the search bar to look for a specific client or click "Show All" to view a list of all your clients.
- Once you find your client, you will see columns showing the following information:
- Company: The name of the client's company.
- Username: The assigned username for the client.
- Signup: The date when the client signed up.
- Credits: A live view of the credits used by the client. If the client has a subscription with 100 credits and they've used 2 credits, it will show 98 credits counting down. If the advertiser runs into overages, the credit view will turn red and show a negative sign. For example, the client used all of the 100 credits in their subscription and they've used 3 overage credits, it will show -3 credits adding up.
- View Bills (): Shows a list of all the bills for that client.
- Support (): Log into the client's desktop dashboard. - You will also see three green dots to the left with additional options:
- Add/Remove Credits: Add or remove credit manually
- Resend Login: This will resend the welcome email along with a new password
- Block Login: The user will not be able to log in
- Freeze Messages: The user will be to log in but won't be able to send messages.
- Deactivate: The user will not be able to log in or send messages. Tags set up as keywords auto-replies will be deleted.
- Delete: Removes the account from the system
