Check if a toll-free or landline number is eligible to be text-enabled by using our Numbers feature.
- On the administration dashboard, click on the "Numbers" feature.
- On the next screen, enter the toll-free or landline number you'd like to check for eligibility to be text-enabled then click "Check Eligibility" for the system to review the toll-free or landline number.
- The system will give you different results depending on the toll-free or landline number:
- "The number: X is eligible" - The number eligible to be text-enabled.
- "The number: X is not eligible
Click here to request this number for a manual unlock.
We will get back to you with regarding your request" - The number isn't eligible to be text-enabled, however, our team can request a manual unlock to see if it could be text-enabled.
- "The number: X is not eligible
Ineligible - Number already provisioned by your Org" - The number is already enabled under your account.
