- How do I know if MMS has been enabled for my administrator account?
If MMS has been enabled you will see a counter of MMS credits used on your administrator dashboard.
- How do I enable or disable MMS for my accounts?
a. Click "Settings."
b. Click on "Permissions."
c. Check the "Enable MMS" option. You can also leave this option unchecked to disable the MMS feature for your clients.
d. Click "Save."
- How do I add MMS credits to packages?
Once MMS is enabled you will see the option to add MMS credits when viewing your current packages.
- How do I add MMS credits manually to accounts?
a. Click on "Clients"
b. Search for your desired account and press enter.
c. Once you find your desired account, click on the three green dots to the right.
d. Click on "Add/Remove Credits."
e. On the pop-up screen, under "Current MMS Credits," type the number of credits you'd like to add or remove from that account.
f. Once you type your credits, click the "Add" or "Remove" button to add or remove credits from that account.
- Can I get an overview of the MMS credits used by all of my accounts?
a. Click on "Clients"
b. Click on "Show All"
c. On the "MMS Credits" column you will get an overview of all the MMS credits left to use by your accounts.
- How do I compose an MMS message on the desktop dashboard?
